Team Settings

Configure your Vavolta workspace settings, branding, and preferences.

Overview

Team Settings let you configure your workspace, manage team-wide preferences, and customize your team's Vavolta experience.

Accessing Team Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select Team tab
  3. View and modify settings

Workspace Settings

Workspace Name

Your workspace name appears:

  • In team member's dashboards
  • On invitation emails
  • In some shared links (optional)

To change:

  1. Go to Team Settings
  2. Edit Workspace Name
  3. Click Save

Workspace URL (Coming Soon)

Custom subdomain for your team:

  • yourteam.vavolta.com
  • Used for generic link landing pages
  • Professional branding

Member Management

Active Members

View all current team members:

Member Actions

For each member, you can:

  • Change Role: Adjust permissions
  • Remove: Remove from workspace

Pending Invitations

View outstanding invitations:

  • Email address
  • Role assigned
  • When sent
  • Resend or cancel

Team Branding

Upload your company logo:

  1. Go to Team Settings > Branding
  2. Click Upload Logo
  3. Select image (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
  4. Preview and save

Logo appears on:

  • Generic Link landing pages
  • Viewer interface
  • Exports (coming soon)

Requirements:

  • Max size: 2 MB
  • Recommended: 200x50px or similar aspect ratio
  • Transparent background works best

Brand Colors

Set your primary brand color:

  1. Enter hex code or use color picker
  2. Preview in real-time
  3. Save changes

Color is used for:

  • Buttons on landing pages
  • Accent elements
  • Links

Custom Domain (Coming Soon)

Use your own domain:

  • resources.yourcompany.com
  • Full white-label experience
  • SSL included

Notification Settings

Team Notifications

Configure what the team receives:

Individual Overrides

Each member can override:

  • Go to personal Settings
  • Adjust notification preferences
  • Overrides team defaults

Security Settings

Session Duration

How long users stay logged in:

  • 7 days (default)
  • 30 days
  • Custom (Enterprise)

Two-Factor Authentication

Require 2FA for all team members:

  1. Enable Require 2FA
  2. Members prompted to set up
  3. Cannot access until configured

Allowed Domains

Restrict which emails can join:

  1. Add allowed domains (e.g., @yourcompany.com)
  2. Only those domains can be invited
  3. Existing members unaffected

Data & Privacy

Data Retention

How long analytics data is kept:

  • Views and sessions: Indefinite
  • Detailed page data: 1 year
  • Can export before deletion

Data Export

Export all team data:

  1. Go to Team Settings > Data
  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Receive ZIP file via email

Includes:

  • Lead magnet metadata
  • All analytics
  • Submissions
  • Team member list

Data Deletion

Delete team data:

  1. Go to Team Settings > Data
  2. Click Delete Data
  3. Choose what to delete
  4. Confirm (irreversible)

Danger Zone

Transfer Ownership

Transfer workspace to another Admin:

  1. Contact support
  2. Confirm identity
  3. Specify new Owner

Delete Workspace

Permanently delete everything:

  1. Go to Team Settings
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Workspace
  4. Type workspace name to confirm
  5. All data permanently deleted

Deleting your workspace cannot be undone. All lead magnets, analytics, and team data will be permanently lost.

Troubleshooting

Changes Not Saving

  • Check you have Admin or Owner role
  • Verify internet connection
  • Refresh and try again
  • Contact support if persists

Branding Not Appearing

  • Clear browser cache
  • Wait a few minutes
  • Check image format and size
  • Ensure changes were saved

Can't Find Settings

Some settings require specific roles:

  • Security settings: Owner only
  • Billing: Owner only
  • Team management: Admin or Owner
