What is Vavolta?

Paid plans start at €5/month for more features.

What file types are supported?

Currently supported:

  • PDF files: Full viewer with page tracking

Account Questions

How do I create an account?

  1. Go to vavolta.com
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your email
  4. Verify your email
  5. Set your password

Can I change my email?

Yes:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Click Change Email
  3. Enter new email
  4. Verify new email

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check email for reset link
  5. Set new password

Can I delete my account?

Yes:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm

This permanently deletes all data.

Can I update a PDF after uploading?

Yes! Use PDF Replacement:

  1. Open the lead magnet
  2. Click Replace PDF
  3. Upload new version
  4. All existing links serve new file

Can I organize lead magnets into folders?

Not yet, but folders are coming soon. For now, use clear naming conventions.

An access link is a unique URL for one recipient:

  • Contains their email for tracking
  • Tracks their specific engagement
  • Can have expiration dates
  • Can have view limits

Yes, all plans include unlimited access links.

You can change:

  • Expiration date
  • View limit
  • Active/disabled status

You cannot change:

  • The recipient's email
  • The linked lead magnet

Only if you set an expiration date. By default, they don't expire.

Yes, you can create multiple links for the same email. Each tracks separately.

A generic link is a public landing page where anyone can submit their email to access content. Perfect for:

Yes, you can set:

  • Headline

Do I need email verification?

Optional. When enabled, visitors must verify their email before accessing content.

Analytics Questions

What analytics do I get?

Depends on your plan:

Free/Starter:

  • View counts
  • View timestamps
  • Viewer emails

Pro/Team:

  • All above, plus:
  • Pages viewed
  • Time per page
  • Session duration
  • Device info

How long is data kept?

Analytics data is kept as long as:

  • The lead magnet exists
  • Your account is active

Can I export analytics?

CSV export is available on the Team plan.

Are analytics real-time?

Most data appears within minutes. Session-end data (total time) can take up to 30 minutes as we wait for session completion.

Team Questions

How do teams work?

On the Team plan:

  • Create a shared workspace
  • 5 team members included (+€8/seat for additional)
  • Everyone sees team content
  • Shared analytics
  • Individual attribution

Can I be on multiple teams?

Yes, you can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them.

What roles are available?

  • Owner: Full control including billing
  • Admin: Team management, no billing
  • Member: Create and share, no team management

Can I transfer ownership?

Currently requires support assistance. Self-service coming soon.

Branding Questions

Can I remove Vavolta branding?

Yes, on Pro and Team plans:

  • Upload your logo
  • Set brand colors
  • No "Powered by Vavolta"

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Team plan:

  • Use resources.yourcompany.com
  • Full SSL included
  • Requires DNS setup

What logo format should I use?

  • Best: PNG with transparent background
  • Also good: SVG
  • Acceptable: JPG
  • Size: 200+ pixels wide, under 2 MB

Billing Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

Can I pay annually?

Yes, annual billing saves 20%.

Do you offer refunds?

  • Monthly: No refunds
  • Annual: Within 14 days, contact support
  • Billing errors: Always refunded

What happens if payment fails?

  • You're notified by email
  • Retries at day 3 and 7
  • Account downgraded if not resolved

Do you charge VAT?

For EU customers:

  • B2C: VAT included
  • B2B: Provide VAT number for reverse charge

Can't log in

  1. Verify email address

Analytics not showing

  1. Wait a few minutes
  2. Check date range filter
  3. Verify lead magnet is active
  4. Check link was actually viewed
  5. Refresh the page

Upload failing

  1. Check file size (max 50 MB)
  2. Verify it's a PDF
  3. Try smaller file
  4. Check lead magnet limit for your plan
